A Pilot's role is comprised of a multitude of knowledge and technical skills. Soft skills are also very important; equipped with the right soft skills a Pilot will be safe, efficient and good brand ambassador for their Airline. This free theoretical course is designed for aspiring aviators looking to enhance their communication, leadership, and decision making abilities in the cockpit. These skills are foundational to a positive Crew Resource Management, and will improve situational awareness and a safety oriented mindset for smoother flights, and successful airline entry. Through practice and an in depth understanding for the "why, what and how" of the Pilot soft skills, you will learn, and become a more confident and competent pilot. Please note this course is free for the online theoretical component. An optional Flight Simulator booking can be added from £75 per 1.5 hours. The Flight Simulator is a Medium Range Jet Transport Aircraft (B737 800) based in West London.
